Things to know when you are a partner with LPH

1) A closet rental is from Saturday morning to Friday evening.

2) Standard price of a 1 week closet rental ranges from $40-60.​

3) Closets must be reserved and paid for online.

 

4) All your inventory must fit in or on your closet.​

5) You select your inventory & set the prices, 5 days prior to your move in day a kit can be picked up to prep your items at home. Each kit includes, a tag gun, barbs for the gun, tags/stickers and loops. There is a $20 CASH deposit needed to take a kit home, deposit will be returned when the kit is. Kits are required to be returned on Saturday after set up.​​​

 

6) Restocking can be done during business hours Monday & Tuesday. We will post on IG when you do.​

 

7) On Thursday and Friday we do ‘Slash your Stash” discounts. You decide how deep of a discount you want to give , 0%, 25%, 50% or 75%. We do not offer any other percent off. It is not mandatory to participate.

8) Break down for all closets is on Friday at 6pm.​

 

9) A closet break down service is $20 + tax if booked by 12 noon on Friday. Booked after 12 noon the cost is $40 + tax charge for anyone who does not show to break down their closet will be charged $50 + tax. Items must then be picked up before commission is paid. Items not picked up by the following Friday will incur a storage fee of $5/bag per week.​

 

10) Commission split is 33.34% to LPH and 66.67% profit to seller.

11) Commission payouts are made via Venmo ONLY

12) Commissions are paid Wednesday by midnight after closet is cleaned out.

13) Yes you can reserve a 2nd week but we discourage it unless you have many new items and speak to someone on our team to look up your sales. We think it is important to take a break from your closet, it gives your closet a surge of energy and newness.

LPH Terms & Conditions

Renewal Policy:

  • LPH does not discourage a second week, however we have the right to deny a week renewal if the seller's closet does not make at least the cost of the closet rental for both weeks in a row. There are pros and cons to additional weeks.

Cancellation Policy: *Effective 1/1/26 There will be no refunds for cancellations, Reschedule policy will still be in effect.

  • Rescheduling is at no charge if done 24hours+ and as long as there is availability on the requested date.  

LPH Discretion:

  • LPH reserves the right to remove seller’s items from their closet for any reason. If this happens we will let you know and discuss why.

  • LPH cannot and will not authenticate items.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items:

  • LPH commits to ensuring that inventory is secure at our store. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure inventory makes its way back to it’s closet when not purchased.

  • LPH is not financially responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. 

  • LPH does have liability insurance for the business, but encourages you to have your own insurance on high value items.

  • LPH does also provide lockers for shoppers to secure their belongings and all bags

Commission Payout:

  • Payouts will be sent via VENMO no later than midnight on Wednesday after complete breakdown.

  • Sellers will not receive their payout until all items have been picked up from LPH

Commission Split:

  • LPH keeps ⅓ or 33.34% of total revenue made on the sale of an item.

  • The seller keeps ⅔ or 66.67% of total revenue made on the sale of an item.

  • LPH reserves the right to negotiate other splits on a case by case situation.

  • Credit card fees and other fees associated will follow the same split structure.​​​

Items left behind:

  • Items left behind after a closet break down by accident will be held for 6 days as a courtesy. We will do our best to reach out to you via contact information on file. After multiple attempts we will donate the items.

  • Items left behind after a scheduled closet break down, should be picked up by the following Thursday. If not picked up there will be a charge of $5/bag per week or any portion of it.

  • Items in storage that have not been picked up within 1 month will become the property of LPH and donated at our discretion. ​
