In our case a concierge is someone acts as a broker between you and a potential buyer of your product.

Consignment is the process of paying for goods after it is sold and not before.

Closets can only be reserved online.

Closets are 1 week reservations. New inventory weekly encourages shoppers to come to the store more often. We do allow additional weeks in a row, however sells tend to decline as the weeks go by.

You set your prices, we provide the tags and supplies. When you come to set up you will tag your items at the price you want.

You have the chance to discount your entire closet later in the week.

On Thursdays and Fridays you have the opportunity to discount your entire closet 0%, 25%, 50% or 75%.

The entire closet receives the discount. With the exception of high value items, that will out be slashed if you choose to.

The answer in short is YES. HOWEVER, we only pay out to 1 Venmo account and do not inventory per person, but instead per closet.

Anything except food and electronics.

Inspired Items (FAKES) are not permitted to be priced at $150+

SHEIN & similar brands should be priced $10 and under

Lucky Penny Hawaii Reserves the right to pull items from your closet that does not meet our standards.

Short answer is NO. Longer answer is we do not have the space to keep your hangers separated. We have promised our landlords to keep the closets uniform, we use black hangers, If you bring in your own black hangers and are ok with them being gifts with purchase, well then that’s fine. We prefer you use ours.

Gross Sales - 33.34% = Adjusted Sales Total

AST - Other charges = Net Total payout

Gross Sales is the total revenue generated from selling goods from your closet BEFORE any deductions.

*Supply fee is $5 per closet per week

The Profits are split between yourself at 2/3s or 66.67% and Lucky Penny Hawaii at 1/3 Or 33.33%. High Value items of $300+ will be a 1/4 25% to LPH and 3/4 or 75% to seller.

Funds for your week of sales will be ready Wednesday after closet break down and your items are no longer in the boutique.

Closets reservations can be cancelled. Cancellations must be made by filling out and submitting the “cancellation form”

There is a FULL refund of what you paid if cancelled 2 days or more prior to your reservation.

50% refund of what you paid if cancelled 1 day prior to reservation

25% refund of what you paid if cancelled on reservation day

Cost is forfeited if you are a no show for ANY REASON.
