What is a Concierge?In our case a concierge is someone acts as a broker between you and a potential buyer of your product.

How do I reserve a closet?Closets can only be reserved online. - Click on “CLAIM MY CLOSET” - Chose the date that works best for you - Fill out form, pay & submit

Can a share a closet with my mom, sister, daughter, friend, co-worker?The answer in short is YES. HOWEVER, we only pay out to 1 Venmo account and do not inventory per person, but instead per closet.

Can I reserve a closet for more than one week?Closets are 1 week reservations. New inventory weekly encourages shoppers to come to the store more often. We do allow additional weeks in a row, however before the end of the first week we need to talk and go over your sales from the week and get help determining what would work best for you.

How do I cancel my closet? And is there a charge?Closets reservations can be cancelled. Cancellations must be made by filling out and submitting the “cancellation form” There is a FULL refund of what you paid if cancelled 2 days or more prior to your reservation. 50% refund of what you paid if cancelled 1 day prior to reservation 25% refund of what you paid if cancelled on reservation day Cost is forfeited if you are a no show for ANY REASON.

What can I sell in my closet?Anything except food and electronics. Lucky Penny Hawaii Reserves the right to pull items from your closet that does not meet our standards.

Who sets the price for my items?You set your prices, we provide the tags and supplies. When you come to set up you will tag your items at the price you want. You have the chance to discount your entire closet later in the week.

How do I get paid?The Profits are split between yourself at 2/3s or 66.67% and Lucky Penny Hawaii at 1/3 Or 33.33% Funs for your week of sales will be ready 3-5 days after closet break down.

What is Slash My Stash Discount days?On Thursdays and Fridays you have the opportunity to discount your entire closet 0%, 25%, 50% or 75%. The entire closet receives the discount.

Credit Cards are accept for online purchases.
In store Cash, Credit and Venmo are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Once a closet is reserved for a full refund you must cancel 2 days prior than your set up. A 50% refund is offered if cancellation is made 1 day prior set up. A 25% refund is offered if cancellation is made on set up day. The full cost is forfeited if you are a no show during set up time.
First Closet Guarantee
When reserving your first closet with us, if you do not make at least the cost of the booth in sales, you will be paid out the amount that you paid for the closet. VOID if a second week is reserved without talking with a team member about your sales and items.
