The Original Closet size is: 71” x 40”x 16”. We have had such a great launch with our closets, we are tweaking the service to be more streamlined and successful for all. This Closet is $40
Please read carefully as some things have changed.
STAYING THE SAME:
- Move in is still Saturday at 8am
- Tagging Kit available Monday prior to move in, deposit is $20 CASH.
- Move-out Friday at 6pm
- Pay out Wednesday after move-out via VENMO
- ALL items must have a LPH tag attached
- NO personal hangers
SOMETHING NEW:
- 70 tags (you can choose which type)
- 70 items MAX
- All Clothing must be on a hanger.
- NO bargain bins of clothings will be allowed.
- NO 2fers sales. (All items must have their own price)
- NO supply fee
- NO Restocking
- Early Clean out fee of $20 - Early is anytime prior to 6pm.
The Premium Closet size is 8” wider than the Original. Features 7 shelves in total for product and 48” x 32” space for hanging clothes. This closet is $60.
There are some features of this booking that will feel familiar. The Premium Closet will include all the Original Closet PLUS:
- 100 tags to start
- 150 Max items in closet
- Restocking allowed during business hours on Monday & Tuesday ONLY (closet cannot exceed the 150 items)
The Product Shelf is 70” x 24” x12” and features 6 shelves.
No clothes to sell? Try out a product shelf instead. Sell new products you sell, design and hand make or items you’ve collected like dishes, collectibles, shoes, purses and books. This Shelf is $50
- Move in is Saturday at 8am
- NO clothes allowed
- Restocking allowed Mon & Tues
- 70 tags to start, sticker or paper
-Shelves cannot be over stuffed
When your week comes to an end come break down your closet. Friday at 6pm.. If you can’t make it, book this service, we will unload, fold and bag your items in your closet. You must pick up your items by end of business day the following Thursday or we will donate your items.
Purchase must be made by Friday at 12 noon. This service costs $20
After 12 noon or no shows:
- Charge is $40
- Fee will be deducted from profits
