TERMS & CONDITIONS

Closet reservation is for 1 week at a time, Saturday morning to Friday evening
Set up is 2 hours Saturday morning 8am -10am
All inventory must fit INSIDE your closet
You select your inventory & set the prices.
Tagging Kits:
- are available to prep your inventory at home
- can be checked out no more than 5 days prior to set up.
- requires a $20 CASH deposit
- are stocked with the appropriate supplies needed for each closet type.
- are required to be returned on Saturday after setup
Restocking
- can be done on Monday & Tuesday ONLY
- inventory can be tagged in store using our tagging kits
Slash your Stash Sale
- is only on Thursday & Friday
- participation is not mandatory
- discount is decided by you for each day 0%, 25%, 50% or 75% off
- discount is for the entire closet.
Break down
- for ALL closets is on Friday at 6pm
- service booked before Friday at 12 noon is $20 + tax
- service booked after Friday at 12 noon is $40 + tax
- no show will be charged $50 + tax
Break down inventory items must be picked up by the following TUESDAY. Items not picked up will incur a storage fee of $5/bag per week.
Commissions will NOT be paid out until all items are picked up.

Sellers will receive ⅔ or 66.67% of total revenue made on the sale of an item.
Sellers can choose to receive their commission by HOUSE CREDIT (store credit). If HC is chosen they will receive ¾ or 75% of the total revenue made on the sale of an item.
Seller must choose form of payout upon reservation & signing of agreement.
Payout method cannot be changed once agreement is signed.
Sellers will not receive their payout until all items have been picked up from LPH.
Payouts will be made 3-5 business days following the move out.
LPH reserves the right to negotiate other splits on a case by case situation.

Items left behind after a closet break down by accident will be held for 6 days as a courtesy. We will do our best to reach out to you via contact information on file. After multiple attempts we will donate the items.
Items left behind after a closet break down should be picked up by the following Tuesday. If not picked up there will be a charge of $5 /bag per week or any portion of the week.
Items in storage that have not been picked up within 2 weeks will become the property of LPH & donated at our discretion.

LPH commits to ensuring that inventory is secure at our store. We have policies & procedures in place to ensure inventory makes its way back to it’s closet when not purchased.
LPH provides lockers for shoppers to lock up ALL bags while shopping.
LPH is not financially responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
LPH does have liability insurance for the business, but encourages you to have your own insurance on high value items.

LPH reserves the right to remove seller’s items from their closet for any reason. If this happens we will let you know & discuss the reason.
LPH cannot and will not authenticate any item.
