Four fool proof steps:

1) Reserve a Closet on the Saturday you want

2) Show up on that Saturday between 8am - 10am to set up your closet

3) Set up your closet with supplies we provide (you set your prices at that time)

4) Come back Friday between 6pm -8pm to clean out your closet and take home the items that didn’t sell.

Things to know when you are a partner with LPH

1) A closet rental is from Saturday morning to Friday evening.

​

2) Standard price of a 1 week closet rental is $40, if you arrive and all your items do not fit in one closet, you may have the option of purchasing a second closet if available at a discount

​

3) Closets must be reserved and paid for online or in person.

 

4) All your inventory must fit in or on your closet

 

5) You select your inventory & set the prices

 

6) You can restock your closet during business hours throughout the week and we post it when you do

 

7) On Thursday and Friday we do ‘Slash your Stash” discounts. You decide how deep of a discount you want to give , 0%, 25%, 50% or 75%. We do not offer any other percent off. This is not mandatory to do, but does receive air time on socials when you do

 

8) Break down closet window is Friday 6-8pm

 

9) If you cant be there to break down your closet we have a service for that, it needs to be booked by 12 noon on Friday. There is a $15 charge for anyone who does not show to break down their closet or calls after 12 noon on Friday. This fee is deducted from your payout

10) There is a $4 supply charge deducted from final payout per closet.

 

11) Commission split is 33.3% to LPH and 66.7% profit to renter. For high value items the split will be different.

12) Commission payouts are made via Venmo ONLY for Small Biz Partners there is another option

​

13) Commissions are paid by the 3rd day after your closet is cleaned out

​​

14) Yes you can reserve a 2nd week but we discourage it unless you have many new items and speak to someone on our team to look up your sales.

 

15) First time no risk closet policy is void if you reserve a 2nd week without speaking to a team member first.

How do I max out my earnings?

Optimizing your profit is definitely a priority, here are two ways to add to your commission payouts. A maximum of one of each post = $10 max

​

1) On Closet Set-up day post a reel to your feed & to your stories tagging us in both. That’s an extra $5

​

2) Do a “check out my haul” reel and tag us anytime in your week. That’s also $5

​
